What does a usual yacht rental include?
Our rentals come with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and complimentary refreshments. Each rental type has unique inclusions — for example, sunset tours come with premium non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, while business rentals provide meeting amenities and tailored catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, reservations are recommended at least 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly through the high season from May to September. For events like business gatherings or private parties, reserving 4–6 weeks before your event is advised to confirm availability and permit customization time.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our foremost concern is safety. In the event the captain determines the weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for your rental or offer a full refund. We watch the weather forecasts diligently and will get in touch with you if we have concerns about the weather 24 hours prior to your departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Nonetheless, we also have exceptional catering offerings and can tailor menus according to your tastes. Please be aware for safety purposes, we do not allow glass containers on board.
Do you have yachts that are accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?
We aim to accommodate everyone. Our fleet includes several boats with various accessibility options. We encourage you to reach out to us upon booking to discuss specific requirements, and we'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and make necessary preparations.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
For cancellations done 72 hours ahead of departure, a full refund is provided. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours before departure are entitled to a 50% refund. No refund is given for cancellations within 24 hours, except when the reason for cancellation is unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
